Good insights regarding Gods desire for his people to draw near to him. For years I was very active in churches and oblivious to many of the pagan practices that had been "christiainzed" centuries after the original apostles were gone. The departure from keeping Gods Sabbath and His special Holy appointed days, which actually teach us about Messiah and his ministry during his first coming and soon return and the establishment of his kingdom on earth. The rejection of the Torah by most of mainstream christianity has seemingly lead the churches into deeper and deeper states of moral confusion. The Torah instructions define right from wrong, and what is pleasing to him and what incurs his wrath. I believe this is a vital aspect to understand in these latter days as we draw nearer to Messiahs return. And we stand before him to give an account of our lives, and hopefully receive his blessing and rewards for our faithfulness.
