I've recently started backyard target archery with a new 25# Samick Sage recurve bow. After looking around and reading reviews, I thought these were the ideal set of arrows for a beginner as it came with everything you needed (the arrow tips, shafts, nocks, and feathers), and I felt that 6 arrows were the perfect amount to start with (though I may buy more later).Quick note that the arrow tips are in a small bag that comes in the box and have to be screwed into each arrow shaft. The feathers might be ruffled out of the box as well but are easily smoothed. The nocks are friction-fitted, so if you want to switch them out it's easy to do, but you may want glue them in to ensure they stay put. After shooting the arrows for a couple of hours, I haven't had any issues outside of accidentally pulling a nock off an arrow (went back in just fine). They hit the target I own perfectly and seem to fly straight from what I can tell. Very happy.
