As she puts it in one of her songs, Fern's desire is "to magnify the name of Yeshua (Jesus) in all of the earth" through her music. Deeply worshipful, entertaining, thought-provoking, exuberantly joyful... these are some of the words used to describe the wide range of styles Fern employs to deliver her vital message: that Yeshua is Lord, and that He can change your life! Fern will make you laugh, she will make you think, and she will invite you to join her in heartfelt praise and worship. Born and raised Jewish, Fern received Yeshua (Jesus) as Lord and Savior at the age of 25. At that time in her life she was not particularly thrilled with being Jewish, so she was very happy to "assimilate" into the Christian world. She spent 15 years in a Spirit-filled Methodist church, getting rooted and grounded in the Word of God. But He had more for her! He used the Pastor, who had a wonderful heart for Israel and the Jewish people, to draw Fern into a place of being reconciled with, and able to embrace, her Jewishness. She and her husband, Brad, were later led to attend Beth Emanuel Messianic Synagogue in Northeast Philadelphia, where Fern is now one of the worship leaders.
